Sam Tran and thrilled to be returning with a mini retreat! An invitation to lean into deep self-care and relaxation. We invite you to soften and to slow down. We gather in community at the Heart Center, where we are held in comfort in blissful experiences.

We begin with a mini Sacred Tea ceremony, facilitated by The moving meditation will invite in grounding and connection to self before we explore the day in community.

The high-demand Facial workshop is back! Sam will be providing step-by-step instruction on a facial, together we will slow down and tend to our skin. We will move through this facial together as each participant will do their own facial. This workshop will include clinically formulated Image skincare products as well as a few goodies to take home.

Aroma Spa Restorative Yoga is the main event for this retreat. Participants settle into Restorative Yoga poses using a variety or props to find release and relaxation. Through the yoga practice, a variety of essential oil blends will be offered through misting, diluted application and through warm steam towels and cooling towels. Special guest, Marissa Lawrence (RMT), will offer therapeutic scalp massages throughout to take the experience to a new level! Gentle Reiki energy will also be shared.

There will be an Alchemy Experience that welcomes hands-on creation. This project will be kept a surprise for the attendees but, will compliment the self-care/spa-focused retreat.

A nourishing snacks will be offered. Water and tea will also be available throughout the event.

Each attendee will leave with a special gift bag including items from a variety of local businesses!

The intention of the gatherings in this series is also to create an opportunity for connection and sharing. We will be practicing deep listening (which will be explained in our first gathering) and each and all participants are invited to actively share and participate in discussions. How do you feel about this? How can I facilitate these discussions to support you better? Please note that sharing is NOT required.

Yoga & Meditation Waiver

Waiver * If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time in the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body and respect its limits at any given moment. I, the undersigned, understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. I should consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga. I recognize that it is my responsibility to notify my teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga class. I will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against the instructor, the owner or the leaseholder of the building for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in classes or workshops led by Samantha Tran.
